1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing CarBuyInsight.org or using the SignSpark App, you agree to these Terms. You must be at least 18 years old and a resident of the United States.

2. Document Upload and Manual PII Redaction Process

To ensure total data privacy, our platform utilizes a mandatory manual masking process before any AI extraction occurs. By submitting documents, you agree to the following process:

  • Relevance: Users will upload only the fee-related pages of the contract, either by scanning the document or uploading PDF files.
  • Page Deletion: The document scan/upload process will provide an option to review and delete any pages that are not relevant. The app will provide users with the ability to delete unnecessary pages before proceeding.
  • Manual Masking: Once all required documents are reviewed, the user will proceed to manual masking of all PII data. The tool will provide masking functionality on both iOS and Android through native features, using options such as move and draw. Users will be able to draw masking boxes over the relevant areas containing PII, including name, address, email, phone number, date of birth, SSN, driver’s license number, and signatures.
  • Review & Submit: After masking is completed, the user can review the document and submit it for the next stage of processing. The app will provide a final review option so the user can confirm whether all PII data has been properly masked.
  • AI Extraction & Correction: Once submitted, the document will move to AI and OCR extraction for further processing. After backend AI processing is completed, the user will be able to view the submitted documents from the Home screen. If any remaining PII is later identified, the user will have the option to delete the submission and re-upload the corrected document. This creates a complete anonymous document submission process.

3. Reward Program Rules

CarBuyInsight offers rewards for contributing valid, anonymized car contracts. State eligibility for the contract is determined by the state in which the contract originated. Verification will be determined at the sole discretion of our AI system and audit team.

  • Instant Cash Reward ($15): The $15 instant reward is limited to the first 15 verified uploads per state. Eligibility is limited to the first valid contract submitted by each user.
  • The Lucky Draw ($500 Jackpot): Entry into the $500 Lucky Draw is automatic upon a valid upload. The draw will take place once the milestone of 1,000 Unique Users is reached in that state. No purchase is necessary to enter.
  • Reward Exclusivity: Each contract is eligible for only one type of reward. If a valid contract qualifies for the $15 instant cash reward, that same contract will not be entered into the jackpot. However, if a user submits a second or third contract, and those contracts are valid, they may still be eligible for jackpot entry.
  • Fraud & Duplicates: Users who attempt to upload the same contract multiple times or submit fraudulent documents will be disqualified, may be banned from the program, and will forfeit all rewards.

4. User Representations

You represent that the document you upload is a true and correct copy of a contract you are legally authorized to possess. Because you are utilizing our native app features to manually mask PII, you agree that you bear primary responsibility for ensuring all sensitive information is properly redacted prior to submission.

5. AI Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability

  • "As-Is" Service: Our Fairness Intelligence Report is for informational purposes only. It does not constitute legal or financial advice.
  • AI Accuracy: While our AI is designed for high-accuracy analysis, we do not guarantee 100% error-free processing. CarBuyInsight is not liable for any dealer negotiations or financial decisions made based on our reports.

6. Intellectual Property

By uploading a contract, you grant CarBuyInsight a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual license to use the anonymized data for the purpose of building the Fairness Intelligence Network and training our AI models.

7. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate access to the platform for users who engage in "gaming" the reward system or uploading non-vehicle purchase agreements.
