Official Rules: CarBuyInsight $500 Lucky Draw

NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT OF ANY KIND IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE OR FILING OF A CONTRACT WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING.

1. Eligibility

The CarBuyInsight $500 Lucky Draw (the "Sweepstakes") is open only to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia who are at least eighteen (18) years of age at the time of entry. Employees of SignSpark AI, its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising agencies, and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate. Void where prohibited by law.

2. Sponsor

The Sweepstakes is sponsored by SignSpark AI, PO BOX: 2179 Parsippanny NJ 07054 (“Sponsor”).

3. Agreement to Rules

By participating, you agree to be fully and unconditionally bound by these Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor, which are final and binding in all matters related to the Sweepstakes.

4. Sweepstakes Period

The Sweepstakes begins on [Insert Start Date] and will conclude once the community milestone of 1,000 eligible entries has been reached (the "Sweepstakes Period").

5. How to Enter

There are two (2) ways to enter:

  • Method 1: App Upload (The "Survey Path"). Download the SignSpark AI App, select "Survey Participant," and successfully upload a redacted Motor Vehicle Purchase Agreement and complete the 10-12 question survey. Each unique, verified contract qualifies for one (1) entry.
  • Method 2: Alternative Method of Entry (The "Free Path"). To enter without uploading a contract or downloading the app, hand-print your full name, complete address, phone number, and email address on a 3x5" card and mail it with proper postage to: SignSpark AI Sweepstakes Entry, [Insert Address]. Each mail-in request counts as one (1) entry. Mail-in entries must be received before the 1,000-entry milestone is announced.

Limit: One (1) entry per person, regardless of the method of entry.

6. Prize

One (1) Grand Prize winner will receive $500.00 (USD), awarded in the form of a digital Visa® Gift Card or electronic bank transfer. No cash or other prize substitution shall be permitted except at Sponsor's discretion. The prize is non-transferable. All federal, state, and local taxes are the sole responsibility of the winner.

7. Winner Selection and Notification

The winner will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible entries received. The drawing will occur within seven (7) business days of the 1,000th entry milestone.

  • The potential winner will be notified via the email address or phone number provided at entry.
  • Sponsor shall have no liability for a winner's failure to receive notices due to spam, junk e-mail, or other security settings.
  • If the winner cannot be contacted, is ineligible, or fails to claim the prize within 72 hours from the time notification was sent, the prize may be forfeited and an alternate winner selected.

8. Odds

The odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.

9. Privacy and Data

Information submitted with an entry is subject to the Privacy Policy stated on the CarBuyInsight.org website. By entering via Method 1, you acknowledge that your contract data will be anonymized and used for the Fairness Intelligence Database as outlined in our [Privacy Policy].

10. General Conditions

Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel, terminate, modify, or suspend the Sweepstakes should a virus, bug, non-authorized human intervention, fraud, or other cause beyond Sponsor’s control corrupt or affect the administration, security, or fairness of the Sweepstakes.

11. Winner List

To obtain a copy of the winner’s name or a copy of these Official Rules, mail your request along with a stamped, self-addressed envelope to: SignSpark AI, PO BOX: 2179 Parsippanny NJ 07054.
